1. Information We Collect

We and our service partners may collect:

b. Core App Features & Permissions (Microphone Access)
To provide real-time speech-to-speech translation, the App requires specific device permissions:
Microphone Access (
RECORD_AUDIO): The microphone is only activated when you explicitly press the recording button. We do NOT record your audio in the background, nor do we store audio recordings on our servers or share them maliciously.
c. Text and Translation Data
The audio captured by your microphone is converted into text. This text is securely transmitted via an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to the Google Translate API for the sole purpose of translating your speech. This processing is ephemeral (processed in real-time and not permanently stored externally).
d. Advertising Identifiers
For advertising purposes, the App may collect:
Android Advertising ID (AAID)
App Set ID
Advertising-related information
e. Usage Data
We may collect information related to your use of the App, such as:
Duration of use and usage statistics
Pages or features accessed
Interactions with ads
Crash and error reports
f. Data You Provide Voluntarily
If certain features are available, we may receive information you voluntarily provide, such as:
Name and Email address
Messages sent through the contact form
Note: The App does not request sensitive personal data unless expressly stated.
2. Data Retention and Storage
a. Local Storage (Your Control)
All of your translation history and phrasebook activities are saved LOCALLY on your device's internal storage. We do not have access to this data. You have full control and can delete your entire history at any time through the App's Settings menu.
b. General Data Retention
For any data processed outside your local device, it will be retained only for as long as necessary to:
Provide the service
Meet legal obligations
Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
Once the data is no longer needed, it will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable practices.
3. Purpose of Data Use
The collected data is used to:
Perform and maintain App functions (e.g., speech translation)
Improve performance and quality of service
Provide user support and analyze App usage
Display ads and measure ad effectiveness
Prevent abuse, illegal activity, and comply with legal obligations
4. Third-Party Services and SDKs
The App uses third-party services that may collect and process data in accordance with their respective policies:
Google AdMob
Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use your device's Advertising ID, cookies, device info, and ad interaction data to serve, measure, and improve ad services.
AppLovin
Used for ad serving and optimization. AppLovin may collect Advertising ID, device info, IP address, app usage data, and ad performance data.
5. User Consent (GDPR and Certain Territories)
For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), and Switzerland:
We use the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) Consent SDK to request consent before data is used for ad personalization, complying with GDPR guidelines.
Before consent is granted, non-personalized ads may be displayed, and certain data may be restricted by law.
Users can give consent, refuse consent, or change consent options at any time if the feature is available in the App.

This Application is not directed specifically to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in each country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
